Connie Leanza Graduated 1982 from University Tennesse Health science center Memphis TN with BSN worked Critical care and cornary care until completing Master Nursing 1999. Cretifed Nurse Practitioner Critical Care and Adult Care with ANCC and Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Worked Cardiac care 17 years then joined Pulmonary in 2010 with Dr Keith Lovelady. Then joined Dr Eric Lang 2013 -2018. Subsequently Joined Smyrna Pulmonary and Sleep AssiciatedNovemeber 2018 after Dr Lang reloated to Miami, Florida.
She has enjoyed managing pulmonary, critical care, and sleep patient with her attending physician over the course of the years.
